His research originally centred around logic and the philosophy of language (Wittgenstein, Austin).
Later he moved in the direction of the philosophy of action and philosophical anthropology.
Since 1970 he has used the term ‘praxeology’ for his studies, combining approaches from analytic philosophy, phenomenology (Merleau-Ponty), and hermeneutics (Heidegger).
